Delivery and Payment

• Delivery time is calculated at checkout from the distance and kitchen load: usually from 20 minutes next to the café to 60–90 minutes on the outskirts. It is approximate and not guaranteed: the actual time depends on weather conditions and other circumstances.
• The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure (military actions, shelling, power outages, curfew — see Public Offer Agreement for details).
• If the Buyer is absent at the delivery address within 15 minutes after the courier arrives, the order is considered delivered.
• Check the completeness and appearance of the order upon receipt. Completeness claims are accepted only at the time of receipt.
• During an air raid alert couriers wait in a safe place — delivery may be delayed. That time is not included in the calculated delivery time.
