Loyalty Program Terms

The loyalty programme has the following levels with different cashback rates:

Cashback is credited as BONUSES to your bonus balance once the order has been delivered. It is not a discount and does not reduce the amount you pay. Cashback is earned on DELIVERY orders only: pickup and dine-in earn nothing, because those prices carry no delivery markup in the first place.

The total discount on a single order may not exceed 20% of the food subtotal.

That ceiling covers a promo code, the birthday discount, a partner discount and spent bonuses. It caps discounts only — money returned to your refund balance is not capped by it, because that money is yours.

On your birthday the birthday discount of 10% applies instead of your loyalty level percentage — and only when the level percentage is lower. If your level already gives 10% or more, there is no extra birthday discount.

Conditions:

• Discount valid only on the birthday (24 hours)
• Birthday promo code can be used once
• Date of birth is set once and cannot be changed
• Push notification with promo code is sent at 9:00 AM on the birthday

New customers get 10% off their first order. It is a personal offer applied AUTOMATICALLY in the mobile app — there is no code to type and none to share.

Limits:

• Available only to customers with no completed orders
• Mobile app only — it is not applied on the website
• Can be used once

Invite friends and earn bonuses!

• You can invite up to 2 friends
• After the friend’s first paid delivery order of 300 ₴ or more, both you and the friend receive 30 ₴ to your bonus accounts
• Bonuses can be used to pay for orders
• Maximum 50 ₴ in bonuses can be used per order

Your referral code is available in your profile. Share it with friends!

Every day at 10:00 a push notification with a 10% discount promo code is sent. Only customers who meet all of the conditions below receive it:

• Promo code valid until the end of the next day
• Can be used once
• Not available to customers above the base loyalty level
• The mobile app is installed with a confirmed notification permission — the promo code works only in the app
• Marketing consent is given in the profile
• No orders in the last 3 days — the promo code brings back customers who have not ordered for a while
• The account is active — not deleted and not blocked

• Percentage discounts do not stack: exactly one applies — a promo code, the birthday discount or a partner discount
• An order that used a percentage discount earns no cashback: otherwise one order would spend the same headroom twice
• Your level rises automatically when your total spend reaches the threshold
• A cashback rate you have reached is never lowered, even if the programme changes
• Bonuses expire; the expiry date is refreshed with every new credit
• Demo Cafe reserves the right to change the loyalty programme terms

The Seller reserves the right to change the loyalty program terms, discount levels, thresholds, and accrual mechanisms at any time, with notification in the app or on the website.

The Seller reserves the right to completely cancel the loyalty program with 30 days notice.

Bonus balance and accumulated discounts are not a monetary obligation of the Seller and are not subject to cash payment, transfer to a bank account, or transfer to third parties.

In case of program cancellation, all accumulated bonuses and levels are voided without compensation.

It is prohibited to:

• create multiple accounts to obtain discounts;
• use fictitious referral codes;
• manipulate date of birth;
• use promo codes in an automated manner.

In case of detected abuse, the Seller reserves the right to:

• void accrued bonuses and discounts;
• reduce loyalty level to the initial level;
• block the account.

These measures are applied without warning and without compensation.

Referral bonuses expire on the same schedule as any other bonuses on the account.

In the absence of orders for 12 months, the loyalty level may be reviewed.
